Charlie Bassmaster Barnes and Matt Ling lean on 'em at Inks!! Charlie & Matt threw jerkbaits, spinnerbaits, and swim jigs at the Inks Lake Bass to win 1st Place! To avoid the crowd and the wind the team made a decision to stay close to the ramp and it paid off. Second Place went to Joe "Sandbagger" Sciuto and Chris Marcavage. Joe also snuck in the tourney's BIG Bass at weigh in, a 6.52 lber. That fish will also take over BIG Bass Of the Year for 2025, Congrats Captain! The next stop will be on Lake Austin in April. Anglers will more than likely be battling & sharing rough waters with the People Of Lake Austin as temperatures continue to rise. Hopefully the bass bite will be just as hot...

Meeting:
Next meeting will be at Uncle Buck's at Bass Pro Shops in Round Rock, TX on Mon. April 7, 2025 at 7:00 PM. The Big Sandy Creek Bass Club will discuss the results from both the Inks Lake & Lake Austin tournaments. The club will also decide where the club will be fishing at for the next four months. We will also provide a treasury report and discuss "Tales From The Trails." Hopefully the fishing will get better for the Big Sandy Boys as the beginning of the year has been extremely lack luster...
