Thomas "Stick 'Em" Stinson & Joe "Six Pound" Sciuto get the win on Lake LBJ!! Stinson stuck the BIG Bass of the event (4.06 lbs.) on a Whopper Plopper at their first stop of the day. That fish anchored their winning bag and helped Joe Sciuto get his first victory out of the blue Nitro! Justin "Time" Hallmark and Rafe "Rio Bravo" DeSpain catch the only team limit on the day but fall a couple of pounds short of the leaders. A majority of their fish fell for shakeyheads & wacky rigs. Next stop before the summer series kicks off will be on Lake Buchanan in April. Buch is full of water and hopefully full of BIG Bass next month!

Meeting:
Next meeting will be at Uncle Buck's at Bass Pro Shops in Round Rock, TX on Mon. May 4, 2026 at 7:00 PM. The Big Sandy Creek Bass Club will discuss the Buchanan results. Details for our next tournament on Inks Lake will also be reviewed & finalized. Inks, Belton, Marble Falls, & Dunlap will be the next four destinations for the BSCBC this year. Should be a fun schedule and it's good to see Lake Dunlap back in the mix. Recent reports on Buchanan is that the bass might be finally biting, this might be a fun trip after all.
