Terry Kircus & Jason Buchanan join the BSCBC and waste no time in taking home a victory from Lake Marble Falls! Both anglers managed over 14 lbs. each to get the job done, anchored by Terry's BIG Bass of 7.5 lbs. The Marble Falls Monster fell for a downsized Whopper Plopper early in the morning. Second Place went to solo fisherman Justin Hallmark who had success dragging soft plastics in the rocks up the river. The club will be headed south in August to Lake Dunlap in New Braunfels, TX. The Guadalupe River will host the event after downtime from dam reconstruction and a club layoff to allow bounce back. See you there!

Meeting:
Next meeting will be at Uncle Buck's at Bass Pro Shops in Round Rock, TX on Mon. Sept. 7, 2026 at 7:00 PM. The Big Sandy Creek Bass Club will discuss the Lake Dunlap results and details for our September tournament on Stillhouse Hollow Reservoir. The last four lakes are in and what a schedule it is! Stillhouse, Travis, Lake Fork (2 Day), & Fayette County Reservoir will round out the 2026 season. BIG weights are sure to follow, will Doug's BIG Bass Of the Year hold up???
