Brandon Martinez & Zac Stacy put on one heck of a "SHO" in Zac's new Express Bass Boat on Lake Travis! The team dominated our second club tournament of the year with a combined team weight of 28.44 lbs. on a ten fish team limit. Brandon also busted the BIG Bass of the event, a 4.44 lber. Hallmark & Barnes finished in a distant Second Place and struggled to only catch 9 keepers toward their team limit. Next up will be a battle of the BIGS on LBJ! With the spawn in full swing, the team that finds the right group of big gurls should take the win. March Madness isn't always about basketball in Central Texas, it also means it's time to go fishing!

Meeting:
Next meeting will be at Uncle Buck's at Bass Pro Shops in Round Rock, TX on Mon. March 2, 2026 at 7:00 PM. The Big Sandy Creek Bass Club will discuss the Lake Travis results. Details for our third & fourth tournament of 2026 will also be finalized. LBJ will be the club's next tournament in March and anglers are anticipating a better event at this popular bass fishing destination. Will Brandon's BIG Bass Of the Year hold up? Will the Top Six see a major shake up?
